Follow-up Visits $125.00
House-call visits are conducted throughout Los Angeles' Westside. Visits may include a comprehensive lower extremity history and physical exam, along with an extensive and thorough treatment plan. Payment (in-full) is required at the end of the visit. If you have trouble paying for services, ask the doctor for a personalized payment plan.

The doctor is licensed to practice in California. Therefore, telemedicine visits can be conducted with those residing in, or who are currently visiting, the state. If you are outside of California, you are required to consult a doctor licensed in your state.
Video Visits (9AM-9PM)
New Patient Visit $100 (up to 30 min)
Second Opinion Visit (new patients) $100 (up to 30 min)
Follow-up Visits $50 (up to 30 min)
Remote video visits are for those unable to be seen in-person and/or for the purpose of following up after treatment has been initiated to see how you are progressing.
Telephone Encounters (9AM-9PM)
Telephone visits can only be done after an in-person or video consultation has been performed. If more than 30 minutes is needed, an in-person follow-up or video visit is recommended.
24/7 Email & Text Messaging Available to Established Patients
Email correspondance is for the purpose of following up on treatment plans, to see how you are progressing, and to answer quick questions you may have after an in-house or telemedicine visit has been conducted.

Dr. Falk is out of network for most insurance companies; however, this does not mean you cannot get reimbursed for the services under At Your Feet Concierge Podiatry. After each visit, the doctor will send you a Superbill/Patient Invoice, with the visit diagnostic & procedural codes, which can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. You are free to consult your insurance company at any point to get information regarding coverage and reimbursement. If you are unable to pay for the services rendered with At Your Feet, please ask the doctor for a personalized payment plan.
