What races does Jennifer create training plans for?

Right now, plans are created for couch>5K, 10K, and half-marathon races. Off-season plans can also be done if you just want to stay in-shape and keep getting mileage in.

Does she offer in-person coaching sessions?

If you live in the LA area, Jennifer may be able to meet you for speed workouts at a gym, track, or even at your home if you have a treadmill! Please contact her to get more information regarding in-person sessions.

How can I pay for my program?

Payment is accepted through credit card, PayPal, or the Venmo app (@drjfalk). 

When is payment due?

If you are on a monthly plan, payment is due by the 1st of each month and is considered late by the 5th of the month. If you are a 3-month or 6-month plan, payment is due, in-full, prior to starting your program.

If I become injured and want Jennifer's medical advice, can I?

Maybe! The doctor is licensed in California, so she may be able to help with your medical issue, if it is related to the foot or ankle. If you need the consult her, you will need to become a patient of hers, first, and fill out the necessary paperwork prior to receiving her medical advice.
