How can I schedule an appointment with the doctor?
You can either click on Contact and fill out your information, or you can contact the doctor directly at 310-310-1201.
Other than an in-person visit, what other services, or ways of communicating with the doctor, are available?
The doctor is available for house-call visits, as well as telemedicine services, including video visits and telephone visits. For established patients, you can stay in close communication with her through email correspondence, as well. For pricing details for such services, please refer to the Pricing page.
Do I need to fill out paperwork prior to meeting with the doctor?
Please! Once an appointment is confirmed, you will receive several forms to fill out. It is best to fill these out prior to your visit to allow for more time for your foot-related questions and concerns. Click here to find the New Patient Forms.
What are my payment options for the services and care provided?
The doctor accepts payment through PayPal, as well as check, cash, and all major credit cards. She now also accepts CareCredit. Payment for services is due within 30 days of the date of service.
What insurances does the doctor accept?
The doctor does not accept any insurance at this time; however, many of her services are reimbursable. Therefore, after each visit, the doctor will send you a superbill/invoice, which can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. The doctor has opted out of Medicare, though, so her services cannot be reimbursed through Medicare.
